Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiries and quote requests: your name, email, phone number and message, so we can respond to you.
• Orders: your contact details, delivery choice and payment confirmation, so we can fulfil your order. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
• Advertising measurement: with your consent, cookies from Google that tell us how visitors arrive from our adverts and which pages they view.

Google advertising cookies

We run adverts on Google. To measure how those adverts perform, we use the Google tag, which may set cookies on your device and share information about your visit with Google for ad measurement and optimisation. In the UK and EEA we only enable this after you accept on our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page — withdrawing stops further measurement immediately. How we use your data

• To answer your enquiries and prepare quotations.
• To process and deliver orders and provide after-sales support.
• To measure and improve the performance of our advertising (with consent).

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@newdieselgenerators.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
